The things that count.

When I’m doing the Insanity workout, in the middle of a stretch, and I look down to recognize a mosquito calmly sucking on my leg.

Then, slapping the bastard a new one, seeing my own blood smeared on my skin. Total annihilation.

So gratifying. It's the little things that count.

The Insanity has gotten… well, insaner. It’s an extra 20 minutes. Exercises done in the hard part of the first month is now a warm-up to the new workout regimen. I thought the first month was tough. I had no idea the pain that was in store for me. My triceps are so sore after three days that shampooing my hair is a serious effort.

That said, I’m pretty excited about what it’s doing. Even my flexibility has improved considerably.
